SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We pack and dispatch orders twice weekly, at the beginning and end of each week. Once your order has been shipped, Snuggle Hunny Kids can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. We use a reliable courier service to deliver our products to you with a trust in care with handling. A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Australia Wide Standard Tracked Postage is a flat rate of AUD $10.
Rest of the world: Flat rate shipping on all orders over $100 AUD for standard tracked shipping. New Zealand flat rate is $15. The rest of the world is flat rate of $20. Real time shipping calculated on check out for all orders under $100. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
Delivery Time Frames
We are based in Sydney NSW. For NSW deliveries allow up to 2 days. For other states allow up to 6 days. Please note these time frames are approximate and based on business days.
International deliveries allow approximately 2-4 weeks.
